On the heights of Les Avirons, in a private residence, Aybowan is a bright, air-conditioned studio of 45m² with a terrace offering a magnificent view of the ocean and the tropical garden. Its superb slate jacuzzi treated with salt (shared with the Cardinal apartment) allows you a moment of relaxation. It can accommodate 4 people.

Located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level, Aybowan is the place to relax in peace.

You benefit from a wifi connection and private parking on site.
This studio includes:
- A double bed
- A living room with a flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people
- A fully equipped kitchen: a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a washing machine, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, complete crockery, a dishwasher...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- An iron and ironing board
- A clothes horse

You can privatize the residence "Les Balcons du Sud" which consists of:

- Cardinal (2 people, studio, shared jacuzzi with Aybowan)

Parties are not allowed. Animals are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking.

Endroit calme et reposant. Studio bien équipé Manque transats ou chaises longues pour profiter de la terrasse pour se reposer tout en profitant de l'extérieur
